NSPS Government Affairs consultant John Palatiello joins host Curt Sumner for a discussion about Qualifications Based Selection (QBS) which is mandated by federal (and some states) law for procurement of professional services including Surveying. The discussion will also include the challenges encountered in insuring adherence to the process.
